Typical of this esteemed luthier's consummate work, this elegant instrument - with its low firm action, refined neck contour, and moderately elevated fingerboard - is also particularly easy to play. Materials: Back and sides of absolutely gorgeous extremely rare quarter sawn Madagascar rosewood (looks like the finest old growth Br. rosewood), Robert Ruck's innovative all wood composite western red cedar soundboard construction, classically beautiful understated new rosette design, moderately elevated ebony fingerboard, Ruck's larger body size, Rodgers L299 precision tuning machine heads (the finest in the world) with rare sterling silver engraved sideplates and kidney shaped African blackwood buttons, immaculately applied hand rubbed French polish of shellac finish on the soundboard for optimum acoustic response, synthetic finish on the sides and back for optimum durability, meticulous workmanship throughout, 650mm string length.
