This uniquely inspired, profoundly inspiring instrument is an exceptional work of art - a magnificent concert classical guitar of unsurpassed musical refinement, purity and beauty: quick powerful round creamy trebles, deep solid resonant basses, exceptional palette of colors and evenness of sound - the rarest of the rare in terms of contemporary world class concert guitars. (Note: some time ago Jeffrey Elliott closed his then fifteen year waiting list).
It is no wonder that the legendary Julian Bream chose to purchase and perform on a Jeffrey Elliott classical guitar. More recently, the prodigiously talented English classical guitarist, Jonathan Leathwood, has purchased performed and recorded on an Elliott classical guitar.
Materials: Beautiful understated visual aesthetics, unsurpassed craftsmanship, the finest mastergrade materials - very old dark Brazilian sides and back, thirty year old European spruce soundboard, chip carved rosette (not pictured), Rodgers precision tuning machine heads (the finest in the world) with engraved sterling silver sideplates and mother of pearl oval buttons (mop buttons not pictured), exquisite hand rubbed French polish of shellac finish, 650mm string length, Galli Genius Hard Tension Strings.
