A wonderful distinctly musical classical guitar by the maker who has of late come closer than any other we know to capturing the crisp tonal characteristics of Jose Romanillos' finest work: smooth colorful trebles, firm deep growling basses, excellent playability balance and projection in a concert hall (note that Aram's most recent guitars are among the most powerful Hauser/Torres braced instruments we have played or heard). Add to these impressive musical qualities, Aram's lovely traditional visual aesthetic and meticulous craftmanship, and you have a very elegant sounding and looking concert instrument indeed. Materials: Book matched quarter sawn two piece nearly black Brazilian sides and back, old prime European spruce soundboard, perfectly excuted "v" graft head to neck joint, David Rodgers L299 Hauser style tuning machine heads (the finest in the world) with engraved nickel silver sideplates and ebony oval buttons, French polish of shellac finish, very clean workmanship throughout, 650mm string length, Galli Genius Normal tension strings.
